Codestax: AI-Powered Coding That Ships Real Software, Not Just Snippets

There’s a moment in every startup when you hit a wall.

For us, it was watching developers get excited about AI coding tools — only to realize they were getting a .zip file and a headache.

They’d generate code that looked amazing…
But had no idea how to run it.
No idea how to deploy it.
No clue what a build error even meant.

We kept seeing the same story: people stuck on step 2 — because these tools stopped at output.
But real dev work? Real software? That’s about outcomes.

So we built Codestax: the AI developer that doesn’t just code — it ships.

But first, what’s Movestax?

Before CodeStax, we were building Movestax — a serverless cloud built to simplify the dev experience.
Think Vercel meets Supabase, but with local infrastructure in LATAM, and a community-first vision.

We started Movestax because we knew infra didn’t have to be painful.
We’d seen it all — from AWS complexity to Azure contracts. We wanted something different:

  • Simple to use
  • Easy to scale
  • No vendor lock-in
  • Built for builders — indie devs, micro-SaaS founders, startups, and even enterprise teams that just wanted to move faster

And it worked. In weeks, devs were deploying real apps in minutes. No DevOps, no yak shaving.

So one day, we asked ourselves:
What if we plugged an AI directly into Movestax?

Not just to write code… but to deploy it.
Live. SSL-ready. Real infra. Production-grade.
From prompt → to production in seconds.

That’s how CodeStax was born.

Who we are

We’re three founders who’ve been on both sides of the stack:

👨‍💻 Thiago Caserta — ex-Microsoft, ex-founder (Kumulus, acquired), operator, investor, obsessed with simplifying the cloud.

👨‍💻 Marcelo Cauduro — architect of large-scale infra at large enterprise and IBM, hands-on builder who makes servers dance.

👨‍💻 Rodrigo Fernandes — deep engineering leadership at Microsoft and AWS, with two decades of distributed systems in his blood.

Together, we’ve built sovereign clouds, migrated critical systems, led M&A deals — and now we’re building the platform we wish we had when we started.

What Codestax actually does

With CodeStax, you don’t just get code — you get apps in production.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Describe what you want — a landing page, a blog, an API, a backend service
  2. Codestax writes it — clean, complete code, ready to run
  3. Movestax deploys it — with domain, SSL, logs, and infra already wired up
  4. No setup. No DevOps. Just results.

What’s new in the Beta

We just pushed some powerful new features:

  • 🔐 Supabase Auth (Beta) — Add login/signup flows with a prompt
  • 📦 Build Logs — See everything that happens during generation
  • 📄 App Logs — Real-time logging from your deployed apps
  • ✉️ SMTP Support — Send emails from your app (auth, welcome, alerts…)
  • 🎁 Referral System — Share with your network and earn rewards

The bigger idea

Codestax is not about writing code.

It’s about reducing the distance between idea and execution.

We’re obsessed with that gap — and how to erase it.

We believe the future of software is about building faster, smarter, and more collaboratively.
And we’re building tools that don’t just assist you — they ship for you.

Try it now

We’re live in open beta. You can test it here:

You’ll get a real deployed app in minutes.
With logs. With SSL. With no excuses.

If you’ve ever felt stuck between idea and deploy,
Codestax is for you.

We’d love your feedback.
Let’s build the future — and ship it.
